We all along have been stressing to the following points, I for one sticks to it just do we can say: I have done it and for the long term health!
1/ every body is different
2/ go with the nature to minimize chemical stress
3/ diets, whatever you call it, are tools
4/ food is medicine and medicine can also be food, depends
5/ dieter should be provided with the knowkedge to empower him or her and not duck feeds
6/ occasional hunger is necessary as a biological provocation step to wake up our animal instincts
