Source of Cancer from deep fryers at home, abroad or your favorite restaurants?
No one knows just how many people die from toxins came from delipidat4d oil, it could be your favorite deep fryer at home, or it could be over used oil from restaurant, one thing is for sure, oxidized oil got 4-hydroxy-nonenal in it, and that is very carcinogenic.
Even I use coconut oil, which is nutritious and far more stable than most cooking oil, it never the less smells less fresh after four days and repeated use.
So, as a chemist; I made some charcoal from lychee wood, and filtered it. Now, ladies and gentlemen, we have a far far less smelly cooking oil. You got the picture from these pictures.
