As part of the TKD training, perhaps our readers would have expected, is exercise; TKD does not ask participants to vigorously exercise, we do not subscribe to any vigorous exercise to push ourselves with our heart valves stretched paper thin, we do ask you to walk, long and leisurely walks. Walking is free, walking is meditative, and it will slowly build up our muscle tunes without over stretching, stretching us physically and emotionally with elasticity. Isn’t that what we train ourselves to be?
